Inder founded Tres Solutions, a standout vessel performance and analytics company that was acquired by AKKR in 2020. Trained as a marine engineer, he spent 12 years on tankers and later contributed to fuel efficiency projects at Maersk Maritime Technology. Following the success of Tres Solutions, Inder went on to establish Alicia Bots.
Capt. Mandar's remarkable background encompasses 12 years at sea, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in navigating challenging waters and managing complex cargo operations. His 13 years on the ashore side were dedicated to shipping management, logistics, compliance, and finance, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the broader aspects of the business.
Capt. Sukhrani has served in leadership roles at public and private companies in the shipping industry, including COO of Diamond S Shipping Inc (2009~2021), VP / General Manager, Teekay Corp (2007~2009), VP, OMI Corp, (2000~2007). Prior to transitioning to shore management, he held leadership roles on many merchant ships.

He specializes in the applications of powerful emerging technologies, such as AI, Virtual and Augmented Reality, blockchain, quantum, and robotics.
